I worked on Sukulu, with the team. A gamified learning platform that makes education fun and rewarding. We upgraded the platform to support free, premium, and enterprise user tiers. I focused on improving user engagement, monetization strategies, and system scalability.
Free Tier: I provided essential features so anyone can access basic learning tools and challenges.
Premium Tier: I unlocked advanced features for individual users who want more control and insights.
Enterprise Tier: I built tools for schools and organizations to manage tournaments and track progress.
Gamified Experience: I used points, badges, and leaderboards to keep learning competitive and exciting.
Tournament System: Teachers and admins run contests and track performance using intuitive dashboards.
User Management: Schools manage staff and students with role-based access and permissions.
Progress Monitoring: I implemented analytics so users can view learning outcomes and progress.
Monetization Strategy: I structured pricing tiers and integrated payment logic for premium upgrades.
